Zed's ultimate rework was changed so that he does more damage to people who are doing well. That means it's easier for him to kill the damage carries like ADC if the ADC manages to get fed. Honestly, I think they should undo the overall damage nerf on Zed from season 6, that nerf turned his late game damage to nothing. I think his nerf effected Zed much more than the season 7 buff.
